Nakamoto, the Bitcoin treasury company led by CEO David Bailey, has announced that it officially ceased operations at its medical clinic on June 19, 2026. The company said that the remaining administrative work related to the closure is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2026.
According to Odaily, the decision marks the gradual conclusion of Nakamoto’s traditional healthcare business and its full transition into a company operating exclusively in the Bitcoin sector. Going forward, Nakamoto said it will focus on media and information services, asset management, and advisory services. The company aims to support growth across these business lines through recurring revenue streams.
CEO David Bailey stated that the company has built a differentiated platform spanning Bitcoin media, asset management, and global advisory operations. He added that the company is expanding these activities to create long-term value for shareholders.
